ITV and Giraffe Insights will showcase exclusive research from a study conducted this year looking at kids’ viewing triggers. The session will provide delegates with a clear picture of the triggers that motivate kids to seek out content and continue to engage with it over time, and outline how different triggers work together throughout the viewing journey to generate stand-out, ‘must view’ content.

Three sets of triggers of engagement that operate at both a conscious and subconscious level will be discussed:

  • Implicit triggers: initial subconscious triggers that cut through quickly to drive first time viewing
