A Squared Elxsi is a global creator, producer and distributor of transmedia entertainment for children. Prior to this, Paul founded KidsCo in 2005, building the kids TV channel into a global network broadcasting across 98 countries and in 18 languages worldwide as CEO.

Paul has held a number of senior positions in the international broadcast industry including the Walt Disney Company, MD at BBC Radio One, and CEO for Talk Radio.
