CMC 2013 : Register
The Children’s Media Conference welcomes the widest possible participation from the whole spectrum of the children’s media and entertainment industries. We open our doors to delegates from television, radio, film, games, interactive media, magazine and book publishing, the licensing and toy sectors and the arts and culture sectors.

The Under 30s/ Self Funded/ Student Rate of £170 + VAT is also on sale. There are a limited number of tickets available at this discounted rate so you are advised to book now.
What Does the Fee Include?
- Access to the Wednesday evening keynote and ticket for the Wednesday drinks reception
- Access to all sessions on Thursday and Friday
- Thursday and Friday lunches
- Break-time teas and coffees on Thursday and Friday
- Access to the Thursday evening keynote
- Ticket for the Thursday night 10th Anniversary Party in the HUBS building.
You are free to make your own dinner arrangements on Wednesday.
The Pizza Express Supper – which you need to book and pay an additional fee for – is on Thursday evening.

Wednesday Workshops
On Wednesday afternoon we run four Workshops. Choose from:
When you sign up to register for the conference, you can choose to book a Workshop. You can also return and book a Workshop at a later date, though remember Workshops do sell out. There is a fee of £25 + VAT per workshop. All four Workshops run simultaneously, beginning at 1 pm on Wednesday afternoon and lasting 4 hours.
Our Famous Pizza Express Supper
The Pizza Express supper is on Thursday 4 July. It’s like a kids’ birthday party: a selection of starters and pizze slices will come to your table. Vegetarian options are included in the selection. Pizza Express menu. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The price is £22.50 + VAT.
You can add the cost of the Pizza Express to your registration or return later to book it additionally. But Pizza sells fast – so don’t delay!

CMC International Exchange
When you sign up to register for the conference, you can choose to book for the International Exchange. Information sessions run on Wednesday 3 July and a dedicated meeting space is available from 3-5 July in the HUBS. The International Exchange ticket is £45+VAT.
Registering via Eventbrite and Paypal
Eventbrite will take your booking and PayPal will take your payment. The Children’s Media Conference VAT number is 988 0058 84. You will receive an email confirming your booking with your registration receipt.
You will also get a reminder to join The Children’s Media LinkedIn Group which allows you to make contact with other delegates. Click on “Connect” on this page to join the group.
Free Transfer
Remember, you can transfer an Early Bird pass to another person if you can’t attend the conference at the last minute by emailing contact@thechildrensmediaconference.com.
The Under 30s / Self-funded / Student Pass is not transferable.
